Paola Cake atelier cakes was born to combine my two passions, Art, and Baking. After studying industrial design and interior design and many art classes throughout my life, I discovered My passion for developing Sweets & Chocolates, The mixture of flavors and textures combined with the colors and shapes inspired me every day to make new different and innovative creations. I complemented my Art education taking classes with great pastry chefs, such as Ewald Notter, Ron Ben Israel and Marina Sousa, as well as attending the world Pastry Forum in Las Vegas and Ices conventions, throughout the years.
After 17 years being the premier cake Artist in my native country, Venezuela, Catering for the most exclusive clients, celebrity couples and high profile events, I was invited by the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach to be their Cake Artist, an honor that I had for a year before opening my own business in Miami, Florida.
Our main motivation comes from every customer who brings their unique and original ideas. Each wedding couple is different, every teenager has a different dream. It is our mission to recreate those ideas and turn them into sugar. Our appreciation for art, quality and taste is what leads us to develop unique cakes and desserts to reflect their dreams.
